1. Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal as forms of payment. All payments must be made in full before any sample pack can be downloaded.

2. Digital Delivery: All sample packs are delivered digitally and will be available for download immediately after payment is received. You will receive a download link via email. Setting up an account at purchase/checkout allows products to be re-downloaded at any time. Non-account Links last 30-days, message us for new links at any time.

3. Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you read the product description and listen to the preview before making a purchase. We also have demos of certain products.

4. License: All sample packs are licensed for use in commercial  and non-commercial music production. The sample packs may not be resold, recreated via live performance/re-recording, and redistributed without written permission from our company. Please note: Vocal packs are restricted to Producers only and not to be resold as library music tracks for remuneration  

5. Copyright: All sample packs are copyrighted and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our sample packs will result in legal action.
